Delivery and Returns


We ship internationally and work with a host of delivery agents to ensure your parcel arrives safe and sound.

Shipping times vary depending on your order and the country you are in but below are our typical delivery timelines to give you an idea of when you should expect your package.  

Order processed within 24-48 hours.

Delivery expected within in 10-14 days.

The Covid-19 pandemic has presented significant challenges and continues to have an ongoing impact on global supply chains and shipping companies in several ways. Due to the difficult and constantly changing situation, some orders may face minor yet unavoidable delays.



  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. We must then receive your returned items within 14 days of your return request for your refund to be approved.
  • Items must be returned unused and in the original condition and packaging.
  • If an item is returned damaged your refund may be refused or the value to be returned reduced.
  • The cost of shipping the returned item to us must be covered by yourself.
  • Please include your name and order number in the return package.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service with adequate insurance for high value returns.
  • Please note that all returned items must be sent to our United Kingdom returns address.  Our customer service team can provide the appropriate address.  Please contact them here and they will help with everything.



  • As soon as we receive your returned goods we will inspect and confirm the necessary refund.  We'll then process your refund and the credit to the original payment method will be with you within 10 days depending on your payment provider.



If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, we apologise for this and will endeavour to rectify this as quickly as possible.

In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or incorrect goods, please email us as soon as possible with the following information:

  • Your name 
  • Your order number
  • Photos of the packaging in the condition it arrived in (if damaged)
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Any further supporting information

Please email us here using the same email address used when placing your order.

Please be sure to contact us within 30 days from the date of delivery and if returning any items please ensure they are in the same condition as when received to be eligible for a replacement or refund.  If your item is damaged or incorrect we will cover the cost of return.



In most instances our orders do not incur any customs charges.  However because customs taxes and duties are dictated and regulated by your own government and postal authority it is the customers responsibility to settle any duties which may apply.
