WHAT HAPPENS IF I ENTER THE INCORRECT INFORMATION?

If you have provided incorrect information such as delivery address, email address or telephone number etc. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can try our best to change the information prior to your order shipping. Unfortunately if the incorrect information affects the delivery of your package and your order is already sent out before you contact our team, as the customer you're responsible for the extra costs that may occur.


CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER SUBMITTING MY PAYMENT?

Unfortunately, once the order is placed changes cannot be made however if you contact us as soon as possible, we may be able to cancel the order before we dispatch it. Then, after the order has been cancelled, you can go back in and place a new order with the correct items. This way, you can avoid being billed for two orders.


CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you would like to cancel your order you must contact us as soon as possible so we can catch it before it's dispatched. However, please be aware that we can not guarantee that we'll have enough time to cancel your order, as our shipping department prides itself on its efficiency and dispatching items as quickly as possible.


HOW IS MY PRINT PACKAGED?

All of our prints are expertly rolled and packed into robust tubes to ensure they are fully protected on their way to you.


HOW LONG WILL MY PRINT TAKE TO ARRIVE?

The exact delivery time can vary depending on your order and the country you are in.  Below are our typical timelines that you should expect your order to arrive within.  Please note that with the challenges facing us due to the Covid-19 pandemic the times below may be subject to disruption out of our control.  We will do our best to minimise this where possible.
